Cameron Grove Stands Up

People for Change has been called into the senior community of Cameron Grove to address the conditions of the residents caused by poor quality built homes and condos by the developer Stavrou Construction Inc.

The Cameron Grove Community is located across the street from Six Flags just off of Central Avenue.  It sits in Legislative District 23B and Council District 6.

The residents have reached out to their elected officials (Council Member Samuel Dean Dist 6 and State Senator, JJ Peters Dist 23B) but the problems have still not been resolved.  Delegate Marvin Holmes is in district 23B.  Delegates Gerron Levi and James Hubbard are in District 23A.

There are 11 condo buildings, and  a host of villas, cottages, and single family homes--many which have been experiencing problems for years.
