About the Builder

The Builder/Developer for the Cameron Grove Project is Stavrou Construction Inc.

The project located at Cameron Grove was slated for approximately 734 homes which includes the condo units.  There are 11 condo bulldings with 30-32 units, single family homes, cottages and villas.

Despite the many problems reported by the residents, the builder is still on site selling homes.

Many of the single family homes now being built also have structural problems.
